Refund period
If you want a refund for your order, please, follow the established time limits.
For orders of less than 20 pages, we offer a 14-day money-back period.
For orders of more than 20 pages, we offer a 30-day money-back period.
In individual cases, for orders with confirmed plagiarism, we offer up to 180 days of refund period.

“I want to cancel the order.”
It is a pity you wish to cancel your order. Depending on the case for cancellation, you are entitled to a 100% refund. You can learn more about it in our Terms and Conditions. In the event of order cancellation, the funds will be debited back to the account of the initial payment within 5-7 business days from the time of cancellation request.
“I requested another writer.”
Every customer can choose a preferred writer for free. However, we inform you in advance that a selected expert may not be available to take the order and complete it by the deadline. In this case, a manager will find another candidate with a relevant background. It is an undesirable situation. However, the writer’s turnover is not subject to a refund.
Late delivery
The entire EssayWriter team works round the clock to deliver top-grade orders to the customers right on time. We do not tolerate missed deadlines and encourage customers to monitor their writing progress themselves. However, if the delivery is behind the set time, the order remains non-refundable. According to Refund Policy, lateness is not subject to a chargeback.

“My order was canceled.”
If the service canceled the order halfway through before the deadline or later, you are entitled to a 30% refund or a 100% compensation to the Bonus Balance. In the event of order cancellation, the funds will be debited back to the account of the initial payment within 5-7 business days from the time of cancellation request.
“I didn’t download my order.”
You can request a full refund before the order is downloaded within the terms established.
Quality claims
We aim to produce high-quality content only. Unfortunately, opinions may differ. If the delivered order is below the standard, please, request a free revision of your paper. Suppose you are entirely dissatisfied with the quality and want a full refund for your order. In that case, we will require documented proof that the quality of your paper is low (e.g., scan copy of your instructor’s feedback, plagiarism report, etc.).
